Bathroom Remodeling
Bathrooms rebuilt with proper waterproofing behind the tile, not just new fixtures over old problems.
Bathrooms fail from the inside out. Most of the bathrooms we rebuild have a waterproofing or ventilation problem hiding behind otherwise decent-looking tile, and fixing that is the part of the job that determines how long the new bathroom lasts.
We rebuild from the substrate forward: solid blocking, correct slope, a continuous waterproof layer, and ventilation sized for the room.
Typical scope of work
- Demolition down to framing where needed
- Rot and subfloor repair
- Shower pan, waterproofing membrane and backer board
- Tile setting for floors, walls and shower surrounds
- Vanity, toilet and fixture installation
- Exhaust ventilation, lighting and finish trim
Why It Matters
Benefits
Waterproofing first
The layers behind the tile are what keep the framing dry.
Rot addressed
If we find damaged framing or subfloor, we show you and repair it properly.
Ventilation that works
Fans sized and ducted to the exterior, not into the attic.

FAQ
Common questions
- Can you convert a tub to a walk-in shower?
- Frequently, yes. It depends on the drain location, floor framing and the space available for a proper pan and curb.
- What if you find rot?
- We stop, show you what is there, and price the repair before continuing. Covering it up is not an option.
- How long does a bathroom take?
- A full rebuild typically runs a few weeks depending on tile scope and material availability.
