Service

Home Remodeling

Whole-home and room-by-room remodels that improve how a house works without losing the character it already has.

Most homes in this area have good bones and a layout that no longer fits how the household lives. Remodeling is about making practical changes — opening a wall, reworking a floor plan, replacing tired finishes — while keeping the rest of the house intact and livable.

We plan remodels around the parts you cannot see: what is inside the wall, where the load path goes, how the plumbing and wiring run. Getting that right is what keeps a remodel on schedule.

Typical scope of work

  • Layout changes and non-bearing wall removal
  • Structural modifications with engineered beams where required
  • Flooring, drywall, paint and interior trim replacement
  • Window and door replacement
  • Updated lighting, outlets and fixture locations
  • Dust control, site protection and daily cleanup

FAQ

Common questions

Can we stay in the house during the remodel?
In most room-by-room remodels, yes. We set up containment and talk through which utilities are affected and when.
Can you remove a wall between the kitchen and living room?
Often yes. If the wall is load bearing, the opening is designed with a properly sized beam and supported through the framing below.
Do you handle permits?
We discuss permitting for the specific scope during the estimate and coordinate what the project requires.
